The team at Business Micros showed their commitment to the cycling cause recently when they took on their latest Coast to Coast challenge.

All in the name of team building, six of the staff from Business Micros and sister company Business Micros (Aluminium) spent two days cycling the 130 mile route from Tynemouth on the North East coast to Whitehaven on theNorth West.

Cycling in typical British weather, the six enjoyed a real bonding experience which they hope will translate into even better cooperation and communication within the business.

The team comprised Managing Director Graeme Bailey, Operations Director Keith Aspinall, Managing Director of Business Micros (Aluminium) Dean Hodges, and Nick Bailey, Martin Turner and Andy Thompson from Business Micros’Warrington sales office.

Graeme Bailey said:  “We thought we’d try something different this year in terms of team building and it really worked.  Everyone pushed themselves to the limit and the camaraderie within the team was really positive.”

Graeme and Dean will next year join the GM Fundraising Team’s latest charity challenge – cycling Route 66 in the US to raise money for Hope House Children’s Hospice.
