Business Micros Offers Free Support Option

Business Micros is giving customers who renew their annual support contracts a free site visit from one of its specialist technicians, as well as the chance to obtain their whole support contract absolutely free if they upgrade their software during the year.

From 1 March 2011, customers who renew support agreements can book a free site visit for any time in the coming year as well as having continued access to Business Micros’ team of in-house support technicians.

Graeme Bailey, Managing Director of Business Micros, says:  “We encourage all of our customers to subscribe to a support contract not because there is a risk that they will have problems with our products but because our support enables them to get the most from the software and for us to help them with issues which inevitably arise around ordering systems, pricing and sizing.

“During the free site visit, our technicians will review how the software is operating, check that customers are using the latest program versions and will carry out any adjustments which are required.  Customers can schedule the visit for a time which is convenient to them.”

As well as the site visit, the Business Micros support contract allows customers to contact the support department by phone, fax or email and also gives them access to remote assistance via the NetViewer on-line solution.

Customers can pay monthly by direct debit for their support, with costs from just £30 + VAT per month.  However, if they upgrade to Evolution or EvoNet software during the course of the year, the full cost of that annual subscription will be deducted from the purchase price as a thank you from Business Micros.
