DuoGlass had been using European profile and hardware, along with a German software solution and the results were mixed to say the least. Following an initial enquiry, Business Micros sent Chris Bailey and David Stockwell on a journey across the world, who not only sorted their software issues out in just 2 days with the Evolution software package, but also helped source a new hardware supplier. They even helped with the manufacture of sample windows in the factory, now that’s expertise!

The team at Business Micros in the UK worked during the day on the software updates while Chris and David implemented these at night, so it was a near 24 hour a day effort. The system is now set up so that Business Micros can dial in to DuoGlass directly and make any amends or even provide training online. The initial installation has also been followed up with the introduction of EvoSatellite to five of DuoGlass’s customers so they can both quote and order online.
