
Leading software specialist Business Micros has launched a new online customer support service accessible via its website at www.businessmicros.co.uk.
Customers who have a support contract with Business Micros can log on to a password protected area of the website and access answers to the most frequently asked support questions, as well as downloading the latest versions of software.
The new service is not intended to replace Business Micros dedicated support team which provides telephone and email advice to customers from its Dumfriesshire head office, but rather to extend the support service which is available.
Graeme Bailey, Managing Director of Business Micros, said: “This new initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the customer service experience which we offer.
It means that customers can now access support 24 hours a day if they require rather than just during office hours.”
Business Micros expects the service to be particularly relevant for its international customers in the US and Australia working in different time zones, and may even help to secure business from potential customers in Canada and India.
The service will be continually updated by Business Micros’ in-house web design team, with an upload facility for data storage and a feedback section being added soon.
