Stoke based REHAU fabricator UK Window Systems has added to the package of support it offers to its trade customers with the launch of an online order tracking facility from software specialist Business Micros.

The EvoCITE (Customer Interactive Tracking Environment) software allows installers to track the status of all their orders from UK Window Systems online and in real time.

They simply log on to the fabricator’s system and receive instant details on the production status for each frame, including prices and glass sizes, as well as order acknowledgements and a delivery diary including intended drop times.

EvoCITE works in conjunction with UK Window Systems’ EvoWEB online ordering package and gives installers a joined up solution for all their ordering and deliveries.

Richard Barlow, Managing Director of UK Window Systems, said: “A growing number of our installers want to manage their accounts with us online. They don’t want to waste valuable time during their working day telephoning us to check whether an order has been processed or when deliveries are due.

“We’ve responded to that with this really simple to use solution from Business Micros which allows them to log on at anytime which is convenient to them and find out the information they require.

“Of course, EvoCITE isn’t replacing the order processing systems for all our trade customers but it is a valuable new resource for those installers who want to make the most of the latest technology.”

UK Window Systems is offering the software free to trade customers via a password protected log in. It is just the latest addition to the company’s customer support package which includes free literature and marketing support and help for qualifying businesses to become REHAU Authorised Partners.
