Order Tracking Launched
Business Micros EvoCiteBusiness Micros has added an innovative new order tracking option to its EvoNet intranet-based administrative software system.

EvoCite (Customer Interactive Tracking Environment) is designed for use by trade fabricators using EvoNet and enables them to give their customers 24-hour online access to information about their order.

For the first time, installers can log on to their fabricator's system using a password protected route to track the status of any order or delivery in real time.

This not only helps installers in the efficient running of their businesses but it frees up administrative staff at the fabricator who previously might have spent time responding to queries.

As well as order status, EvoCite can provide details on production status for each frame, details on prices and glass sizes, order acknowledgements and a delivery diary including intended drop times.

Graeme Bailey, Business Micros' Sales Director, believes that EvoCite represents a real advance in the levels of customer service which fabricators can offer their installers. He says: "Installers don’t want to waste time during their working day telephoning their fabricators to find out when deliveries are due or whether an order has been processed. Instead, this new innovation enables them to simply log on at a time convenient to them to find out all the information they require."

EvoCite can be adapted to meet the specific needs of any fabricator and their customer base.

It operates alongside EvoNet which stores and generates information for authorised users on any aspect of a fabrication business from order book to production, despatch and even management information at the touch of a button.
