Business Micros works with all major machinery suppliers and can offer export links for Machine Centres, Automatic Saws and Quad, 6 & 8 Head Welders

• Machine Centres

An Evolution Machine Link allows fabricators to send orders (or batches of orders) to machining centres for large scale automated cutting and prepping of profile.

• Automatic Saws

Evolution can export the cut sizes for profile along with the profile code (and colour code if required) to a location specified.

• Quad, 6 & 8 Head Welders

Evolution can export Welder files along with a Barcoded label. When the user scans the barcoded label on the frame/sash pieces the welder will then move positions accordingly.
