What is covered?

  • Advice & guidance on getting the most from your software and dataset.
  • Our Technical Service can help customers with understanding how to make changes and how to configure the dataset so as to make working with the software as simple and straightforward as possible.

What is not covered?

  • Our Technical Services team are not responsible for making wholesale changes to the dataset – additions such as Colours, Products, Machine Exports are passed to the Sales team for review and quoting.
  • Customers are responsible for their software licenses. In the event they are lost due to hardware failure or lost/stolen hardware, a replacement license fee is charged.
