The secret is well and truly out on the Business Micros stand, with the news that it is the big name behind the new Infinity software brand which has been making such waves in the market since its launch in January.

All is being officially revealed on stand K65 where the new Infinity Capture and Showroom products are on display alongside the more established software products from the hugely popular Business Micros range.

Speaking earlier in the week, Nick Bailey from Business Micros said that the company chose to keep the Infinity connection under wraps until now because it wanted to generate a real buzz around the new brand in the lead up to the show, and, at the same time, get the message across that it was bringing something completely new to the market.

Infinity’s key message is ‘endless possibilities’ and the team says it’s all about giving ambitious businesses, regardless of size, the software tools they need to take their businesses to the next level. Capture, for instance, is a website plug-in which helps installers capture warm leads from visitors to their website, and Showroom is a clever app which lets them create a personalised virtual showroom to use in retail sales.

Infinity products aren’t designed to manage and monitor businesses in the way that Business Micros products do. Instead, they’ve been created to help business owners work that little bit smarter, and, along the way, stand out from the competition.

Nick Bailey added that there are plenty more clever, new Infinity products on the way. Register, for example, which is being previewed today, will be the first software product which allows fabricators and installers to register all the details of their windows and doors on an embedded data chip which can be accessed at any point in the future via a simple QR code on the inside of the frame. Following on from that will be Rapport – a complete CRM system designed to make customer tracking and communication simpler, smarter and more efficient.

The Infinity launch comes in Business Micros’ 40th year making the stand a perfect celebration of old and new.
